PADI DISCOVER SCUBA DIVE
No previous experience necessary!
PADI Discover scuba dive is an introductory experience designed for first time divers with no scuba license.
Feel the weightlessness of swimming underwater and breath out your first bubbles. Feel secure in the knowledge that you are in safe hands being fully supervised by one of our qualified instructors. You simply need to breath, relax and enjoy! PADI Discover Scuba Dive provides a chance for those who have never dived before to experience the weird and wonderful underwater world!
Schedule:
– Detailed scuba dive briefing
– Basic dive skills practice in shallow water off the beach
– 1 Open Water Dive to a maximum depth of 12 meters
Requirements:
Before enrolling please download and read through the scuba medical checklist.
Discovery divers must be in good health and medically fit to dive
Minimum 10 years old
8-9 Years can participate in bubble maker dive (maximum 3 meters)
What will my PADI Discover Scuba dives be like?
Discover Scuba Dives will not be conducted in a pool, your fist experience will be out in the ocean! Practice your first breaths and some simple dive skills in shallow water off the beach. When you have mastered the basics, swim out over the ocean floor to discover the vibrant coral reef and tropical fish.
We will take you to a shallow, sheltered site suitable for beginner and learner divers. Feel comfortable and confident underwater, supervised by our PADI professional instructors.
Next step after PADI Discover Scuba Dive?
once you try scuba diving and discover you love the experience.. why not continue learning?! After completing Discover Scuba Dive you may then progress to Open Water Diver. If you continue your course immediately with Bigfin Divers, then we will subtract the cost of your Discover Scuba Dive from the price of the full PADI Open Water Course!
